The JICA project aims to gather data and information pertaining to Cross Border Electricity Trade (CBET). Plans and policies of GON and its entities relating to CBET were assessed by VRock, in addition to information about generation, purchase, and transmission (inter and intra country) of electricity was acquired. The project also gathers information about various load forecasts conducted within GON and assesses the status of foreign aid in the sector, in addition to other relevant information relating to CBET. The project is being conducted by VRock in partnership with the Policy Entrepreneurs Inc.
